Thanks to the relaxation of COVID measures, our Lean Six Sigma Masterclass can take place again. Within the Fritom Group, Oldenburger|Fritom has the lead in the Lean Six Sigma method.

That is why we organized the first of six sessions in September for the following colleagues from various Fritom companies:

• Jelle Brandsma (TGN|Fritom)
• Sjoerd Stilma (Veenstra|Fritom)
• Albert Medendorp (Oldenburger|Fritom)

Our Master Black Belt Frans Andeweg takes care of the set-up and content of the sessions. These are based on the DMAIC model: Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control. The theoretical component takes place in the logistics training center of our BREEAM Outstanding DC in Veendam.

The participants also choose their own project which covers the practical component. Best practices are shared with each other. This Lean Six Sigma Masterclass lasts until January 2022. Upon successful completion, the participants will receive the Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certificate.
