As a logistics knowledge organization, Oldenburger|Fritom works intensively with regional educational institutions. Within these partnerships we offer students the opportunity to carry out an internship project with us.
“Thanks to the diversity of my work, I deal with various departments,” says our colleague Rianne Timmer. On March 2, she will celebrate her 15-year work anniversary at Oldenburger|Fritom.
Today our colleague Arnoud Hofstra celebrates his 5-year work anniversary at Oldenburger|Fritom. Arnoud works within our Business Unit Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfillment.
Six colleagues within the Fritom Group were recently Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. These colleagues are Pieter Booi, Jan Jacobs, Pieter de Jong, Henk Mooibroek and Albert Medendorp of Oldenburger|Fritom and Arjan de Geus of Fritom Corporate.
Last month, six colleagues obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate: Melvin van Zonneveld, Gerjan Hoijtingh, Jarno ten Caat, René Bos, Mandy Hartmann and Jordi Stel.
Today Oldenburger|Fritom, part of the Fritom Group, signed the construction contract for a second distribution center according to the highest BREEAM level in Veendam: BREEAM 5-star outstanding.
