Since March 2025, Oldenburger|Fritom has been providing international transportation solutions for Mobacc Group, a leading player in the European aerosol industry. Just like us, Mobacc prioritizes quality, safety, and innovation, but the similarities do not end there. "We are both family businesses with a rich history," says Melanie Blokzijl, Strategic Buyer at Mobacc. "Moreover, we are both based in the Dutch city of Veendam."
Mobacc's origins lie in the fuel activities of Stinoil Holding. After the sale of these activities to Shell, Mobacc was founded in the early 1980s. "Since then, we've specialized in maintenance products and aerosols," Blokzijl explains. "The first manufacturing became operational in 1983, and since then, Mobacc, as a subsidiary of Stinoil Holding, has grown strongly with several expansions and acquisitions." Today, Mobacc Group is known as a leading player in the European aerosol industry.
Global distribution
Mobacc Group consists of two divisions: Mobacc and Rust Control International. "Together, we develop and produce technical aerosol products, rust-preventive coatings, lubricants, and paints. Millions of these products are produced annually on modern manufacturing lines at our Veendam factory. The products are then distributed worldwide, often under customers' own labels, also known as private labels." Quality and product safety are core components of Mobacc's policy.
