Employees obtain their Effective Leadership certificate

Seven employees of Oldenburger|Fritom obtained the Effective Leadership certificate this week. The training was provided by Hans Swinkels. Hans is a trainer, coach and partner of the HDLG Group training center.

Self-knowledge forms the basis of good leadership. Only when you know what your own motivations and talents are can you bring out the talents of others. That is why insight into preferred behavior is an important theme of the Effective Leadership training of the HDLG Group.

Leadership qualities
Hans specializes in the field of Transport & Logistics, among other things. During the five-day training, he provided a varied program in which our colleagues learned how to (further) develop their leadership qualities. In order to apply these effectively, Hans taught them various techniques, focused on:

• Recognizing types of preferred behavior
• Conflict management
• How to present convincingly
• Time management
