The business unit Transport of Oldenburger|Fritom provides road transportation throughout Europe. Our colleague, Jan Jacobs, works here as Supervisor Customer Service. In this role, he is responsible for, among other things, order processing.
Jan: "Every day, I act as a link between customers, internal departments, and management, with the goal of ensuring both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency." Jan also focuses on process optimization and quality assurance.

AI technology
Jan has been Black Belt certified since 2024. "Lean Six Sigma offers me concrete tools in my daily work. For example, projects aimed at optimizing electronic data exchange with customers." The goal is to eliminate all actions from processes that do not add direct value.
