Corporate social responsibility and sustainability are embedded in the strategy of Oldenburger|Fritom. The 3Ps are at the core of our CSR policy: people, planet and profit. To try to achieve the right balance between these, we take on the responsibility for the possible effects we as company can have on society.
In doing so, we embrace the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals. The development agenda for 2015 – 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are part of our structured sustainability policy.
To guarantee the continuity of our sustainability policy, we integrated the QHSE management system in our business operations. We are certified according to level 4 of the CSR performance ladder. We work closely with regional educational institutions and focus on social sustainability as well.
Oldenburger|Fritom embraces the Sustainable Development Goals, the 17 SDGs, of the United Nations (UN). We focus on five of the SDGs, because this is where we expect to be able to make the greatest impact.
Oldenburger|Fritom integrated the QHSE management system to guarantee sustainable business operations, both now and in the future. We do this by continuously trying to improve and optimize our business processes.
By actively working together with educational institutions in our region we contribute to the educational offer. We find it important that knowledge and know-how are maintained in the Northern Netherlands.
By partnering with various sports clubs Oldenburger|Fritom shows its commitment to society at large. Everyone can participate in sports, making it a vital part of our sponsoring policy.
Oldenburger|Fritom supports several civil society organizations (CSOs) who are committed to social sustainability. In line with our CSR policy we take our responsibility in today’s society. We do so by offering financial support as well as sharing our knowledge.
