Total Hair Service is based in Groningen and was founded by Jaap Zwiers in 1992. The company has now grown into one of the Netherlands’ biggest suppliers of professional hairdressing products. Total Hair Service has a very wide range of around 7000 different products. The knowledge they acquired over the years guarantees a perfect match to known beauty brands like Affinage, Farouk Systems, Alter Ego and Balmain Hair Couture.

There are interfaces for numerous parcel services and auto mails are sent to Total Hair Service’s customers.

Quarterly meetings take place for the ongoing improvement and optimization of processes and cooperation. To support this Oldenburger|Fritom sends Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for outbound and inbound performance and stock accuracy. Oldenburger|Fritom also offers value added service in the form of E-fulfillment 2.0. In which the customer behavior patterns are analyzed meticulously.
