Today, our colleague Jan Jacobs celebrates his 12.5-year work anniversary at Oldenburger|Fritom. Jan works as Supervisor Customer Service within our business unit Transport. The common thread of Jan's career with us is customer relationship management (CRM).
Over the past twelve and a half years, Jan has held various positions in which daily contact with our customers is central. The same applies to his current position as supervisor of the Customer Service Desk (CSD) of our business unit Transport. In this position, Jan focuses on incoming orders for road transportation and forwards them to our planning department.
In addition to the feedback of this to our customers, Jan also monitors the related KPIs, the Key Performance Indicators. Early last year, Jan obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate. This means that Jan also focuses on initiating major improvement projects with which we achieve our strategic objectives.
