Arnoud Hofstra celebrates 5 years of service

Today our colleague Arnoud Hofstra celebrates his 5-year work anniversary at Oldenburger|Fritom. Arnoud works within our Business Unit Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfillment. Here he fulfills the role of SPOC, Single Point Of Contact, Logistic Support.

In this role he is the first point of contact for a number of our customers. Arnoud translates their wishes and requirements into instructions for our warehouse employees. His duties also include drawing up 8D reports and updating KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators.
