Michel Tol celebrates 25 years of service

Our colleague Michel Tol is celebrating his 25-year work anniversary at Oldenburger|Fritom today. Michel works as a Shift Leader Warehouse within our business unit Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfillment.

Oldenburger|Fritom was on the eve of the transformation from a transport company to a logistics service provider when Michel joined us as a warehouse employee. As a result, he has experienced all the changes and optimizations up close, including the sector-specific set-up of our warehousing operation.

As an experienced Shift Leader Warehouse, Michel focuses on our e-fulfilment and high-tech logistics processes. He ensures the correct capacity planning, manages his team members and is their first point of contact. In addition, Michel, like his colleagues in our warehouse, obtained the Lean Six Sigma White Belt-certificate at the beginning of this year.
