On January 28th, three employees of Oldenburger|Fritom passed the theoretical exam for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This month, they will complete the practical component of the certification.
For their improvement project, our colleagues, from left to right on the photo, Jarno ten Caat, Rita Oldenburger, and Cor Klontje, chose to optimize the handling of freight documents. This includes CMRs, weighing slips, and packing lists.
Major improvement projects
Black Belt is the second-highest level of the Lean Six Sigma certification. As certified Black Belts, Jarno, Rita, and Cor are now authorized to initiate and supervise major improvement projects within our organization.
We would like to thank Joop Buunk of Lean Six Sigma Coaching for the training and congratulate our colleagues on obtaining their certification!
