This afternoon, together with Guus de Vries and central midfielder Mark Diemers, we have already extended our business partnership with FC Emmen for two seasons.

The year has only just started and two of our colleagues are already celebrating their work anniversary. Today, January 2, 2023, Jan Jacobs has been employed at Oldenburger|Fritom for 10 years and Roelof Boers has been employed for 5 years.

As a logistics knowledge organization, Oldenburger|Fritom often works together with regional educational institutions. Sharing knowledge is central to these sustainable partnerships. To this end, we regularly open our doors to students and give guest lectures on specific topics, including BREEAM.

The time has come, the Glass House in Emmen is opened! This year, the Jarige Job foundation is the charity. Jarige Job is committed to children who cannot celebrate their birthday because there is no money at home. Today, our colleague Siebe Grave celebrates 25 years of service at Oldenburger|Fritom. Siebe works as a warehouse operator at our Business Unit Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfilment.

On Tuesday 6 December, our BREEAM Outstanding distribution center in Veendam formed the backdrop for Fritom’s Top 40 meeting. This strategy session, which takes place twice a year, is attended by executives and key officers of Fritom Corporate and all companies in the Fritom Group.
