At Oldenburger|Fritom health management is a core value of our strategy. Healthy staff and a safe working environment are crucial to offer you high-quality service. Our policy is aimed at enhancing our human capital which strengthens our organization. How we do this? By creating the right framework conditions and by investing in the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our employees.

Health management in the workplace

To enhance workplace vitality and health, we constantly invest in an optimal working environment. In our BREAAM certified distribution centers, for instance, we realized sustainable initiatives for the wellbeing of our employees. Among other things, an advanced climate control system was installed in our BREEAM Outstanding distribution center.

In order to maintain a comfortable and healthy working environment Oldenburger|Fritom is certified according to ISO 45001, for occupational health and safety (OH&S). It helps us to systematically limit potential risks. In addition, it also helps us to manage and reduce the sickness absence rate.

A low rate of sickness absence, high employee satisfaction

Oldenburger|Fritom wants to be a good employer. We see to it that all our workplaces are ergonomically correct. We also pay extensive attention to vitality by facilitating workshops in a vital lifestyle. Moreover, we offer our employees:
