Rianne Timmer started working for Oldenburger|Fritom in December 2008 as SPOC or Single Point of Contact, a phrase coming from the Lean Six Sigma method. Which means Rianne is the first point of contact for our customers. She translates the wishes and requirements of customers into warehouse instructions. Order processing, drawing up 8D reports and updating relevant KPIs are also part of her work.
Rianne: “Thanks to the diversity of my work, I deal with various departments. Our warehouse, planning, expedition and drivers.
