As of today, all warehouse employees of Oldenburger|Fritom are in possession of a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certificate. For this purpose, they have followed an internal training course for the past two months.

On Tuesday, January 28, Fritom's Top 40 meeting took place in the Oldenburger|Fritom Lounge of football club FC Emmen.

In recent months, six students of the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Dutch city of Emmen have carried out a Lean Six Sigma project at Oldenburger|Fritom. The students are in their fourth year of the Logistics Management program.

On Wednesday 22 January, Noorderpoort Logistics organized another Open Day in the Dutch city of Groningen. Oldenburger|Fritom has been working with this school for secondary vocational education for many years and was also represented at the Open Day 2025.

In 2024, Oldenburger|Fritom once again focused on sustainable innovations. Guided by our motto “Shaping the Future of Logistics”, we had a second BREEAM Outstanding distribution center built in Veendam. Curious about all our highlights of the past year? As part of our continuous learning program, all employees of Oldenburger|Fritom can follow a training course alongside their work. For example, our colleague Piotr Miniewicz obtained a diploma in gas measuring sea containers last week.
